f you are having a baby, or already have kids, this read is a great one! Quick and Easy to pick up and put down when your attention demands something else, but one you should keep on hand. What I enjoyed most about it were the options she gives in each chapter as an alternative to conventioal products. Lyda Fassa is honest, smart and enjoyable to read.
